DHEERAN PHARMACEUTICALS accepts returns under the following conditions, in line with applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
1. Acceptable returns
- Damaged, leaking, broken-seal or short-supplied items reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Wrong product/strength dispatched against the invoice.
- Near-expiry stock returned at least 3 months before expiry, unopened, in original packaging, with batch and MRP intact (subject to manufacturer policy).
2. Non-returnable items
- Cold-chain products (vaccines, insulin, biologicals) once delivered — unless cold-chain breach is documented at the time of delivery.
- Schedule-X, narcotic and psychotropic medicines.
- Any item with broken seal, partial blister cut or relabelled MRP.
- Goods purchased on a clearly marked “non-returnable” offer.
3. How to initiate a return
- Email with invoice number, item, quantity and reason.
- Our team will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- Pack the goods with the RA number written outside and either hand them to our delivery agent or courier them to our warehouse.
4. Credit / replacement
Once received and verified, we will at our discretion replace the item, issue a credit note adjusted in your next invoice, or process a refund per the Refund Policy.
